Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. Because our tees are made to order, here's how returns and exchanges work.
You have 7 days from the delivery date to contact us about a return or exchange. We accept them in two situations:
- We made a mistake. A wrong item, a defective print, or damage in transit is on us. Email a photo to info@drmrsonly.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping.
- You need a different size. If the fit isn't right, email us within 7 days to arrange a size swap. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, and you cover the return shipping on size exchange.
Outside of these two cases, all sales are final, since each piece is produced on demand.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll issue any refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear.
Hand-painted × Beck wallets. Because each wallet is a hand-painted, one-of-one piece, all wallet sales are final except in the case of a defect or damage in transit.
