Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you bought. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

If we got it wrong, we fix it, free. Wrong item, defective print, or damage in transit? That's on us. Email a photo to info@drmrsonly.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll cover a replacement, including return shipping.

Return shipping. For returns and exchanges that aren't our error (such as a size swap), you're responsible for the cost of return shipping.

How to start. Email info@drmrsonly.com with your order number and what you'd like to do. A real person will walk you through it, typically within one business day.
